Breakfast for champions

Rise and shine! It's time for breakfast! (THE BEST MEAL OF THE DAY)
Today I am going to share with you my recipe for a healthy but still extremely delicious and nutritious breakfast. Not only is it fast, but it also requires ingredients which I'm pretty sure everyone has in their kitchen. 
Oatmeal has been a personal favourite for me for years. However, when it's sunny and hot outside, I don't really feel like eating a hot breakfast so I decided to change it up a little. Using whatever fruit you have, some yoghurt and some oats you will be able to enjoy a nutritious and fresh breakfast perfect for spring time. Thank me later!

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup oats (or homemade granola)
1/2 cup yoghurt 
1 banana
pumpkin seeds
chia seeds
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp peanut butter

First, add the yoghurt in a bowl and mix in the oats. If you want the oats to be softer, you can leave it in the fridge for 10-15 minutes.
 Then add the chia seeds and the pumpkin seeds but be careful with the amount you use, I recommend about a spoon of each. After that I added a banana but if you prefer you can mix and match any fruit you want. Finally add some honey and some peanut butter on top. And voilá! Easy as that you have the perfect breakfast!
